Why Perspective Shapes Leadership More Than Strength
In the previous two posts, I shared some of the ways limitation has shaped my life and leadership.

Most of us would not choose limitation.

Because of my own experiences growing up, I became aware of something early:

Because it allowed me to see what others might miss.

- who is struggling silently
- where tension exists beneath the surface
- what others are hesitant to say
And often, the leaders who see most clearly are those who have experienced limitation themselves.

- more patient
- more curious
- more empathetic
They ask better questions.
They listen more closely.
